  • Handful fresh basil
  • Cornmeal or semolina, for sprinkling
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced medium
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 fresh tomatoes, sliced


  1. Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 450 degrees
  2. Remove pizza crust from fridge and allow to rest on the counter for about 30 minutes
  3. You can use this time to get all the ingredients ready to go.Spread out a piece of parchment paper and sprinkle lightly with cornmeal or semolina
  4. Lightly flour your hands
  5. Transfer the pizza dough to the parchment paper and use your fingers to shape into a circle
  6. Drizzle olive oil around crust, followed by garlic salt, and then Parmesan cheese
  7. Spread fresh garlic over crust
  8. Arrange mozzarella rounds evenly over crust and top with sliced tomato
  9. Place in preheated oven and bake 8-12 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic reduction
  10. Sprinkle fresh basil on top then sprinkle salt, pepper, and Parmesan on top if desired
  11. Serve while hot and gooey!
