  • ½ cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 small can sliced Mushrooms (4 ounces)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Meal
  • 5 slices of Thin Deli Cut Ham
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup pieces of cooked Italian Turkey Sausage (about 1 whole sausage)
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 whole Boboli Thin Pizza Crust (10 ounce package)
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 ounces (weight) Turkey Pepperoni


  1. For the pizza sauce: Add the tomato sauce to a medium size bowl
  2. Next, add the spices and herbs
  3. Stir together
  4. Set aside.For the pizza: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
  5. Sprinkle the cornmeal on a baking sheet or pizza pie pan
  6. Lay the Boboli pizza crust on top of the corn meal
  7. With a medium to large size spoon, add about half of the pizza sauce over the top of the Boboli crust (add more if you like a lot of sauce)
  8. The remaining sauce can be used for making small size pizzas on english muffins or slices of sourdough bread
  9. Or it can be frozen for future use
  10. Spread the sauce over the crust with the back of the spoon
  11. Add the ricotta cheese in small pieces around the entire pizza
  12. Then add the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the pizza
  13. Next, lay the pepperoni around the entire pizza
  14. Then add pieces of the ham, sausage, mushrooms, and black olives over the entire pizza
  15. Top with the parmesan cheese.Bake the pizza in the middle of a preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are slightly golden.
