  • 1 frozen banana (you can use a regular banana as well, the smoothie will just be less thick)
  • 2-4 Tablespoons fruit juice (I used Pineapple)
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt


  1. Combine mango, strawberries, banana, yogurt, and 2 Tablespoons of fruit juice to the blender and puree until smooth
  2. Add additional fruit juice until desired consistency is reached
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
