  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 chicken apple sausage links, sliced into rounds
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup whole grain mustard


  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. On a floured surface and using a rolling pin, roll pizza dough into a large round
  3. Place dough on a large oiled pizza pan.Mix mustard and mayonnaise together
  4. Spread on top of pizza crust
  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the pizza
  6. Add onion, sausage, and apple slices.Bake pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and toppings are hot.
