  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy
  4. Beat egg separately by hand, then add to the mix and beat again

  7. Whisk them to combine equally
  8. Add these dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix on low until evenly combined

  11. Drop onto a greased baking sheet, and press each mound down with a fork to form 1/4 inch thick cookies
