  • 4 strips of bacon, chopped
  • chopped basil
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese (or which ever cheese you choose)
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • peppers
  • Frozen Puff Pastry
  • Salt & Pepper
  • spinach
  • diced tomato
  • 6 teaspoons of grated yellow onion


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Grease 12 cup muffin tin.Using a fork or small whisk, beat eggs, cream, grated onion, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.Using a round cookie cutter with a diameter of 2½" cut nine circles from each sheet of pastry
  3. If you don't have cookie cutter you can always use a glass.Line each muffin hole with a pastry round.Divide grated cheese and bacon evenly between pastry cases and another ingredients you choose
  4. Spoon a little less than ¼ cup of egg mixture on top and sprinkle parmesan on top.Bake for 22-25 minutes or until quiches are golden brown
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
