Ingredients

  • 1 c applesauce - unsweetened
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger - grated
  • 2 c baby spinach or leafy greens
  • handful ice
  • 1 c plain yogurt - low fat
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • ½ c raspberries
  • 2 Tbs toasted wheat germ - such as Kretschmer
