  • 2 cloves garlic - grated
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 12 c Swiss chard - roughly chopped


  1. Pre-heat a saute pan on medium high heat then add olive oil.Saute chard in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until leaves turn bright green.Add garlic and chili flakes and saute additional 30 seconds.Remove from heat and toss with lemon juice just before serving.
